"Facing Forward to End Homelessness engaged Jessica Vann as a consultant to help us assess opportunities for our housing program to better support the educational success of formerly homeless children and youth. Her approach was comprehensive, including a focus group with staff, an environmental scan of potential partners, and a detailed final proposal that included options for expanded programming. During the project, Jessica demonstrated a nuanced understanding of the barriers faced by families we serve, and the importance of considering the whole family when developing programs. Her work contributed to our agency’s success in obtaining additional funding for an Education Advocate to support families."
