"You can't help it. An Artist duty, as far as I am concerned is to reflect the time." –Nina Simone
Hi! It's me...Jess V! Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Jess Vann. My site is a jack of all trades for all my creative endeavors! You will get to know me as an Artist, Podcast Host, and the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Creative Spaces Consulting. I am originally from the mitten state of Michigan. I have a B.S in Theater and Interpretation: Acting from Central Michigan University and a M.A. in Training and Development from Roosevelt University.
I am embarking on a journey to live my best life and fully commit to my calling. To fulfill my passion and calling. I combined my 20+ years working in the non-for-profit sector; in the education, social impact, civic impact and youth development fields, with my love for training and development, with my theatre background. Creative Spaces Consulting offers a unique and inspiring approach to Leadership Development and Company Culture, so that you are able to bring your true grounded and authentic self to the workplace and have thriving and sustainable company! Creative Spaces Consulting provides dynamic services that develop and enhance leaders through play, restorative, creative expression, reflection, and exploration. At CSC, we believe being a leader starts with YOU. Our theatre- and play-based leadership workshops and coaching empower individuals and teams to lead with authenticity, creativity, and purpose. Where we disrupt traditional hierarchical models to foster liberatory, human-centered spaces where growth and transformation thrive.
