Join Jess Vann of Creative Spaces Consulting for Leadership Recess: The Ultimate Play Date! A full-day of an immersive experience where you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with self and others through the power of PLAY. Together, we'll GROUND by rediscovering the foundation of who we are as individuals and leaders, PLAY through creativity, collaboration, experimentation, and even a few recess games (Sometimes we gotta be a kid again!) , and GROW by transforming our learning into practical tools for leading with greater confidence, connection, and joy. Come ready to play, move, laugh, dream, and build community as we release the masks we wear, challenge what we think leadership should look like, and embrace new possibilities by thinking outside the box.

Through interactive games, improvisation, creative challenges, movement, and collaborative experiences, you’ll practice communication, trust-building, adaptability, delegation, and creative problem-solving in real time. Get ready for a foot stomping good time! Wear clothes and shoes ready to RECLAIM PLAY!

Using real workplace scenarios, leadership labs, reflection, and action planning, you’ll translate what you’ve learned into practical strategies you can immediately implement with your team, organization, and community.
